With the beautiful colours of Autumn beginning to appear, I would like to let you know about our new Autumn nutrition, weight loss and or exercise group at the exquisite Little Retreat Day Spa set in the peaceful grounds of Ryston Hall (just off the A10) near Downham Market.
We will follow, Patrick Holford’s zest4life nutrition education and weight loss programmes, designed to build long term health and healthy weight management and we will meet weekly for 6 weeks on Wednesday evenings from 7-8:30pm (starting Wed. 16th Sept 2015 – join anytime)
My degree is in Nutritional Medicine and I’m never happier than when I can impart the knowledge I have gained over many years to help people feel the best they can be by making easy, delicious changes to their diet that will lead to a new way of eating for life. I’m also a qualified zest4life coach to give support all the way to achievement.
Exercise programmes for each personal need is an addition, to enhance and complete the health benefits and these are provided by a fully qualified personal trainer with a passion to make exercise an easy part of daily life.
Motivational workbooks, meal plans, an easy reference booklet, nutrition education on how to make weight loss effective and on related health topics like; how to reduce inflammation, how to support immune system health, how to cook to make this work for the family with easy recipes and tasters, coaching to reach goals, easy or more advanced exercise programmes designed for needs are all part of our programme.

The Last Event
This was a delightful evening set in the tranquil grounds of Ryston Hall – a lovely jovial group attended – there was lots of information on the health giving properties of foods that have a low glycaemic load and their vital role in healthy weight management, energy and long term health. There was delicious food tasters, 5 minute healthy recipes, exercise education all in the relaxing ambience of the Little Retreat Day Spa.
